The driver went over and above to get my truck loaded. My truck was dead and we couldn't get it into neutral so we could roll my truck to face the right way. My driveway is not an ideal situation for having a tow truck pull completely up. He spent a lot of time trying to figure out a way to get the truck loaded instead of just walking away saying there was nothing he could do. It did take the two of us but we, he, got it loaded!
Friendly and helpful came in about 45 minutes from galt to Stockton after the 3rd attempt to call a tow truck the other ones never came I waited about 3 hours for them thank you AJ's towing for your help when I needed you late night nice big comfortable truck

Schedule a tow in advance. The company had a couple drivers call out and were down to one driver. He was late but definitely hustling to get jobs done. I just wish they would have communicated that the driver was going to be late since I had an appointment with the auto shop and arrived 45 minutes late.
Great service! Tow truck operator’s first concern was my safety as I was stranded on the shoulder of an Interstate Highway. Carefully towed my vehicle on a flatbed truck. Professional in all manners. 5 star service! Highly recommend.
Dari, the tow truck driver did an amazing job in getting my Tesla home. He was very careful at getting the vehicle on the back of his truck and off his truck (causing absolutely no damage to my vehicle)!

They did a great job coming to the rescue and helping with a car lockout! Came in 40mins or less, great communication My insurance is the one deserving 0 stars and they didn't have anyone come out to me for pretty much 2 hours and didn't comtact AJs towing until hours later
