Our website is hosted on TowingWebsites.com‘s servers. They provide us with the platform that allows us to display our website and sell our products and services to you. Your payments are processed through a secure payment gateway. Your payment data, including credit card information necessary for billing, is stored on the payment gateway’s data storage and databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. Your credit card information is never stored on our website, or on TowingWebsites.com‘s servers. Stripe stores your credit card data and it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our company and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

SECTION 9 – SACRAMENTO TOWING GROWTH MANAGER AND GOOGLE API DATA
AJ’s Towing LLC operates a private internal application called Sacramento Towing Growth Manager. This application uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API to access advertising information from Google Ads accounts owned by, managed by, or expressly authorized for use by AJ’s Towing.
Information Accessed Through Google APIs
Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user, Sacramento Towing Growth Manager may access Google Ads information such as:
- Google Ads customer and account identifiers
- Campaign, ad group, advertisement, and keyword information
- Search-term performance
- Advertising costs and budget information
- Clicks, impressions, conversions, and conversion values
- Campaign and account performance statistics
- Account status, recommendations, and diagnostic information
- OAuth authorization information needed to maintain the authorized connection
The application does not request access to a user’s Gmail messages, Google Drive files, personal photographs, contacts, or unrelated Google Account information.
How Google Ads Information Is Used
Information received through Google APIs is used only to:
- Provide internal advertising reports and performance analysis
- Monitor AJ’s Towing’s advertising activity and expenses
- Evaluate campaigns, keywords, search terms, and conversions
- Identify account issues and optimization opportunities
- Support advertising, budgeting, and business decisions
- Maintain the authorized connection to the Google Ads account
- Protect the security and proper operation of the application
The initial version of Sacramento Towing Growth Manager is read-only and does not automatically change Google Ads campaigns.
Sharing and Disclosure
AJ’s Towing does not sell, rent, or use Google user data for advertising unrelated products or services.
Google Ads information may be accessible only to authorized AJ’s Towing personnel and contracted technology or infrastructure providers when access is necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or support the application. Such providers may use the information only to perform services on behalf of AJ’s Towing and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security threats, or misuse of the application.
Data Storage and Security
AJ’s Towing uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Google Ads information and authorization credentials against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
OAuth credentials and access tokens are treated as confidential information. Access is restricted to authorized persons and systems with a legitimate business need.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and AJ’s Towing cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention and Deletion
Google Ads information and authorization credentials are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, provide authorized reporting, meet legitimate business needs, maintain security, or comply with applicable legal obligations.
When access is revoked or the information is no longer required, AJ’s Towing will delete or de-identify stored Google user data within a reasonable period, except where continued retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
An authorized user may request deletion of information associated with the application by emailing [email protected]. AJ’s Towing will review and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period.
Revoking Google Account Access
Users may revoke Sacramento Towing Growth Manager’s access through their Google Account at:

Revoking access prevents the application from retrieving new information from the connected Google account. Users may also contact [email protected] for assistance disconnecting the application and requesting deletion of stored information.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Sacramento Towing Growth Manager’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
