I needed my battery replaced. I purchased the battery beforehand and got the wrong size. The tech was great, letting me know it wasn’t a good idea to install an incorrect battery, instead of just installing it and letting it possibly cause a problem.
Ramin was very professional and friendly. He arrived earlier than expected and took good care of my vehicle. He was also courteous with my auto shop. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you!
