This is a good service. The driver called while on the way, and made sure the car safety got on the truck. He also made sure the car was in a good parking spot at the destination. Additionally, there was an issue with my roadside service indicating that I had cancelled the request (which was not the case), but the driver was patient to work through that issue.

I don’t have a problem with AJ’s. They were helpful. The insurance company pointed us to a place that doesn’t exist. We checked and it sent us again to somewhere else. I finally directed us to a place I know. The insurance company needs to get their information straight. AJ’s is fine. The driver was very patient and kind.
