If you find yourself in need of towing services in Sacramento, it’s important to stay safe while waiting for the tow truck to arrive. Whether you’ve broken down or been involved in an accident, waiting for your tow truck can be a stressful experience. At AJ’s Towing, we want you to stay safe while you wait for our tow truck to arrive! Here are some tips on how to do just that.

Pull Over to a Safe Area

If possible, try to pull your vehicle over to a safe area away from traffic. This will help minimize the risk of accidents and keep you safe while waiting for your tow truck.

Turn on Your Hazards

Turning on your hazard lights will help other drivers see you and your vehicle. This will alert them to slow down and give you space while you wait for your tow truck.

Stay in Your Vehicle

If it’s safe to do so, stay in your vehicle with your seat belt fastened while waiting for your tow truck. This will help keep you safe in case of an accident or passing vehicles. This is especially important if your vehicle breaks down in a high-traffic area.

Be Aware of Your Surroundings

Be aware of your surroundings while waiting for your tow truck. Keep an eye out for other drivers and potential hazards. If you feel threatened or unsafe, lock your doors and windows and stay vigilant.
